Never a cut of your trades.
Merchants pay TBBN for their plan — that's it. Trade settlement happens on your own checkout, and TBBN never charges your sellers directly or takes a percentage of what a trade is worth. (TBBN Space is a separate product with its own commission — see space.tbbnetwork.com.)

One fixed formula for every plan. Starter and Growth include a set monthly allowance of each service. Past it, usage is paid from a prepaid usage balance you top up whenever you like — $0.002 per search, $0.15 per offer, $0.75 per trade negotiation, $0.01 per webhook delivery, $1.50 per completed checkout, and $0.05 per store visit — a shopper TBBN sends from your listing to your own site, counted once per shopper per item per day. Syncing, uploading and importing listings is free on every plan. Cross-merchant trades meter at 4x. How your fees and trades show up in your books: Tax and accounting for merchants.
You stay in control. Set an alarm for when your balance runs low or an allowance is nearly used. If the balance goes below zero, production API access pauses until you top up or upgrade — topping up never changes your plan, and your allowance resets with each successful plan payment. You can build the checkout fee into what you charge the buyer, or absorb it — it's your call.
Spend $500 on usage, get $500 in usage credit.
Every business with a Merchant takes part automatically — there is nothing to sign up for, and no deadline. Your progress shows on your business’s Billing page at account.tbbnetwork.com.
- What counts is what you’re charged for usage past your plan’s allowance — from your usage balance, or in Pay-As-You-Go weekly charges that go through. Plan fees, top-ups and the weekly minimum don’t count.
- The credit is added once per business: to your usage balance, or on Pay-As-You-Go against your weekly charges. Your usage spends it before anything else.
- Credit you haven’t used expires — the date is on your Billing page from the day it’s added. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
- TBBN Space is outside the reward: listing a Space is free, and TBBN earns its commission on bookings.
